More About Sarah

Born in Suwon, a 40-minute drive from Seoul, South Korea, Sarah immigrated to Canada in 2003. Prior to entering into the real estate profession, Sarah had worked as a curriculum writer and head instructor at LG & Samsung in South Korea, teaching corporates' top engineers test-related courses - TOEIC and business English - for 18 years (prior to immigrating to Canada). After she had completed an M.A. (Master of Arts) degree at Trinity Western University, Langley BC, Sarah ran an English language (ESL) school in Surrey, BC and worked as a curriculum writer and a marketing director.

Sarah has a 30-year-old daughter, a Harvard law school graduate, who currently works as a corporate lawyer at Simpson & Thacher LLP  in New York. During her down time, Sarah travels with her daughter or visits her daughter in New York.

Sarah is an ardent violin concerto lover, and she remembers having listened to her favorite concerto,  Mendelssohn Violin Concerto E Minor OP.64, more than hundreds of times. Sarah also was a soprano singer in the Kamloops Symphony Orchestra Choir, and she has been singing as a cantor in a church choir for over 20 years.
